My long absence in not being able to update is admittedly the lack of time recently, and partially because of Smart Wifi’s poor connection in my area. I have actually pre-terminated (not because I wanted it, but because i have no choice.) And now I’m using Bayantel DSL, since this is my landline service provider, and its working quite satisfactorily.

I hope that SMART wifi will approve my request to waive pretermination charges and Monthly services fees which I paid even if i wasnt getting connection. I was told by Donna of Smart Wireless Center SM City Annex that it would take 1 to 2 months to process it.
