The Social Worker will first have to interview you and determine if you are qualified to be given aide. You may call them to find out of the operation for your father is performed there.

Rodriguez Sr. Ave in Quezon City, when you go there, pls. bring all the hospital records and bills you paid the hospital and make a letter to them stating what you just shared abuot why you need help. A social worker will interview you and process your paper. Then depending on their interview, they can release a certain amount that could cover your entire or portion of your expenses. I believe the maximum they can release is P100,000.00

My father was operated last Sept. 8, 2006 for gallbladder stones and a urine bag is still attached to stomach because a T-Tube has been placed in his biliary ducts. His hospitalization and medicines cost us too much that we have to borrow money from our friends and relatives, and from some credit institutions. In his last check-up, his surgeon advised us that my father has to undergo an ERCP, ASAP, to know if his biliary ducts are free from any obstruction, node or stone. He said, it will cost us around P50,000.00. We can no longer afford that. We don’t have the money and can no longer raise that much, cause until now, our debts are still unpaid.
