I agree with his teaching that real estate is something every person who wants to build wealth should truly and seriously learn more about. Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki both highly recommend owning real estate properties if you want to Retire Young and Retire Rich. Well, they’re speaking through experience. If you are looking for more information on real estate investing, learn from the best who not only knows what they’re talking about but also lives and breath it, like Donald Trump who is building skyscrapers, Robert Kiyosaki who is making a lot on property rentals. Make sure to consult with reputable people from the area you are interested in investing in, like Neil Crespi a real estate consultant, who can provide you with expert advice.

As of now, my family is enjoying the benefits of having property rentals, we earn without having to open a store to attend to, close, do inventories, and do all other demands of a trade business. And at the same time, the property appreciates in value over time.
Let me share with you a personal story, I lived in New Manila since I was 5 years old (1978), and my neighbor/friends’ grandfather shared that he bought their land in the early 70’s for only P35 (less than $1 in today’s foreign exchange)per square meter (1 square meter=9 square foot). And that same property was sold by me at P17,500/ sq.m. ($350) in 1994. Yeah, I sold their lot for P15.5 Million 16 years later to a Filipino Australian who develops Townhouses. You better believe it, real estate is the best investment you can make, and a great inheritance you can give your children.
