Boxing made me lose weight

A couple of years back, my weight significantly increased from 110lbs. To 135lbs. (I’m 5’4) in a matter of months due to the nature of my work meeting clients over lunch and dinner meetings where steaks were normally eaten, Angus beef to be exact. I loved pink salmon in spinach too though. I suddenly noticed that my clothes were getting tighter to the point needing to buy new clothes. And one day while shopping, I saw myself in the mirror, and I thought, my gosh, is that me? And so I decided to start an exercise program, which was Tae-Bo by Billy Blanks, just working out 30 minutes 4times a week, my weight started going back down to 110 pounds in 4 months time. If you can sacrifice 30 minutes of your time to achieve your ideal weight, then boxing can help.
I know people in the U.S being so busy, like family and friends I know in California always seems to be running after time, but you see, all this rush can turn its tide against you if your body feel its too much and make you ill. I tell close friends in San Diego exercise is something that should be incorporated in their lifestyles too, the health benefits far outweighs the effort and time investment it requires.
