Would you consider a face lift?

Working in an exclusive Yacht Club and a Golf and country club, I saw women many years passed their golden ages looking 10, 20 years younger than their biological age. How do I know their ages? I was Director of the club who gets to see their confidential membership data. I thought to myself, hmm… their active lifestyle doing sports is surely one reason they look young, and their social gatherings that make them laugh a lot is It. I believe my theory is correct as we know the benefits of exercise, but I keep asking what else could be their secret, what beauty products could they be using, etc.
In one cocktail I got the chance to chit chat and after complimenting their sparkling looks, they commented that while in a trip to the U.S and passing in New Jersey facelift was one of the things they had. Well, if you have the money to get yourself an exclusive country club membership, and can maintain all those nice and beautifying facial creams, and with a lot more bucks to spend in the name of beauty, you can always go farther with a facelift when you notice that your facial skin is beginning to sag. A Hollywood celebrity I read in one article had a job done for knee sag, why not for the face that people see the most, what do you think? Will I consider a facelift? Yes, why not, when time calls for it.
