The best of Philippine Real Estate

I’m quite so tired today because it’s my second day driving from Commonwealth to Makati and back for business which I haven’t done in a long time. I got the hang of working online which gave me the flexibility to work from home, and I think my body was adjusting to 2 hour drives again, not to mention the P240 a day parking fee in Makati (lol).

The exciting thing is that I know that all these minor efforts will pay off big time. Wanna know why? I’ll tell you why. I am working on what will be the biggest money making project of the year for me. Internet Marketing of Century Properties! It is the fastest selling real estate project today. I remember the time when I was marketing Country Club shares for Subic Bay Yacht Club, Subic Bay Golf and Country Club and Fontana Leisure park, it was both challenging and highly rewarding. I strongly feel that this is a great time to get back to property marketing, and with a Bang! -capitalize on the power of the Internet.

Tomorrow, the Power of Internet will be shared with us by Century Academy of Real Estate gurus. The secrets they will share is the formula for success that helped Century Properties sell off an entire Condomium building within less than one year from launch, and helped them reach P5B in sales in 2006.
So is the Real Estate industry oozing? You bet! This year starts the climb to the Peak of Philippine real estate in the last 30 year! It seems that not only reaching the peak of Mt. Everest is the Filipinos great challenge won , it’s also reaching the peak of success in business too. Today, I will begin to attempt the use of the power of blogging in business. And try to prove that “blogging means business”. And hopefully discover what every business man should know about blogging.
There are 4 Pillars to Success that I learned from the successful businessmen I have encountered, as follows:

1. MAKE A DECISION – Decide on a Goal. Strategize and Write down a plan.
Mine is to use the power of blogging to earn a consistently 6 digit income again like I used to. Meaning, I am not earning it now. But within six months from today Feb. 8, 2007 I will. That’s what I am believing for, I am writing this bravely by faith.
2. TAKE ACTION. – Do what it takes to go for the goal. Work on it as if you’re life depended on it.

I will work by giving in the hours, skills, resources and the right attitude.

3. ANALYZE – Review your results daily, weekly, monthty, quarterly, yearly.

i will check on what the results of my actions are, assess what’s effective and what’s not.

4. ADJUST. As result is analyzed, check what needs to be changed or improved.

I will constantly make adjustments needed to reach the goal.

I would appreciate all the help I can get to make this happen. I am open to mentoring and coaching by the best in the industry, if that is you, please let me know and I will make the time to learn from you.

Why do I want to succeed and make serious income? My father passed away last year, which means I have a widow to take care of, a future to secure, less fortunate children to help go to school, missionaries to send and of course dream to live.

All things are possible. Let us dare to dream!

Summer’s around the corner…

I want to thank Christian for sharing about Boracay and other beaches in the Philippines. Boracay has been my families’ annual beach to go except for last year. Actually my sister Rich is there right now having fun with her officemates at Shell Philippines. And my sister Rome and hubby Justin is planning on visiting from Pennsylvania by the end of the year and get some sun in a prestine white sand.

In our many visits that’s more than my fingers can count, we have stayed in many different resorts throughout boracay. Let me share our favorites.

To those who doesn’t know Boracay is one of the nicest beaches you will ever set your eyes on, with 4 km stretch of white sand beach that stays cool and allow you to walk on your feet even on mid day.

On the Photo is a veranda in Lorenzo Villas. That’s me (far right) and my sisters. The Villa is a secured and very private area, located a few minutes from Station 3 (the first Ferry boat stop) where the beach front is. To me, this place is great for honeymooners who want to be away from the crowd and enjoy some quiet (and for celebrities). The rooms are very impressive as well as the staff. It has a swimming pool too. This is where my cousin Arvin made his vows with Mercy, which is why we stayed here. The food was good too.

Boracay Peninsula was a favorite, we picked this place 3 years in a row. Its between Station 1 & 2. We normally get 3 units to about 5 depending on how many friends came along. It is spacious, with a grounds fronting the units where kids can play and be seen, it has a porch that was nice for eating, and hanging wet suits lol. It was a breeze going to the beach in the morning.

Queens, also located in Station 3, the people are warm, the rooms are clean, and had Family Rooms (interconnected), which we liked, coz we can be in another room in what ever (maybe naked lol) without having to dress up. This is a pretty crowded area though because its so close to the ferry terminal.

Well, the above are our favorites, we also stayed in dozen other places, but I can’t remember the names anymore, oh wait, Casa Pilar was nice, It was a Nipa Hut like cottage, and nice dinner. Often times, we just look for a place upon arrival in Boracay (I don’t recommend that you do this though). Plan ahead. We know a lot of people there, that’s why we are quite brave in doing that, and because Boracay’s face changes a lot with new resorts opening, we want to check what ’s cool first before checking in.

What we enjoy doing in Boracay?
Boat rides to skin diving spots.
Banana Boat Rides
Massages …check out Mandala Spa
Dinners at Regency
Beach Combing of course
Bar Hopping (We don’t drink alcohol though, just juices!) :-)
Sea Food Fiesta in different restos
Swimming at Fridays!
Sport a Tattoo
Shop for Sarong….lol…and pasalubong
If you like golf, visit Fairways and Bluewaters…

Successful domain transfer

Its been a month since I got to post here, pending the transfer of this domain to me. I’m thankful to all involved in facilitating it. I hope to be more updated in posting here. I no longer have the photos that used to be here, but I hope to get them back one at a time due to time constraints.

While waiting for the arellevalla.com set-up, I initiated a few blogs which my sisters, cousins and friends will co-author with me. They are:

1. Kisaten.com – a sharing of Practical applications that can be derived from the principles of the Word of God (The bible) and other encouraging stories of everyday living, to be authored by my sister and myself.

2. PinoyDelivery.com – a Fast Food Menu Delivery Source

3. Gadgets.com.ph – a blog about Cellphones, Digital Camera’s and Gadgets Pricing information being populated by my cousins Madel and Rene who are operating a number of gadget stores in Greenhills and St. Francis Square in Greenhills.

4. ClubNurses.com – stuff abour Nursing. Philippine Nursing has been very controversial lately, but that’s not the highlight of this blog, but rather Nursing school life and things related to it.

5. FortGlobalCity.com – a blog about Real Estate Properties particularly condominiums in Fort Bonifacio Global City and Makati.

6. Carodan.com – The official website of Pastor Joseph Carodan, the leader of leaders of the Champions for Christ Ministry of Victory Christian Fellowship. (PR4 in less than 90days)
7. SiteUltra.com – some Internet Marketing stuff

8. Promedtour.com – Medical Tourism in the Philippines

My cousin Paul also started a blog sharing his valuable knowledge as an E-Commerce Specialist. Check out best kept secrets never been revealed before about Shopping Cart Integration that he is generously sharing to all who want it.
