How to be a Mc Donald’s kiddie Crew?
May 2nd, 2007 by Arelle Valla
I worked in McDonald’s during college, so yes I am a “Batang McDo”, it was my way of getting rid of some friends (if i can call them that ) who were into vices, you know what I mean. And working in Mc Do taught me lessons on Time, Patience and money. It was a very nice experience, I worked there for five months.
While eating pancakes at McDonald’s Emerald Ave, Ortigas, I noticed these uniformed kids getting trained, namely Christine Diane Manero, 10, Jasmin Immaculate, 9, and David Matthew Ilag, 5 years old by McDonald’s staff Ms. Zeth V. Calayag.
In McDonald’s, kids get a chance to be a Kiddie Service Crew for five (5) days and learn many things like i did.
For P500 pesos, your kid can apply to be one, the fee includes the following:
> Uniforms
> Meals for five days and
> Graduation Fee which will be held at Star City.
Visit a Mc Donald’s near you and inquire if they are running this program and request for an application Form.
I believe doing this for summer makes a kids time worthwhile. And more power to McDonald’s.
