One of the simplest form of exercise without the need to enroll in a gym (which costs me P2K a month) is probably walking or jogging. All you need is a good running shoes, Sports wear, yourself, a good place to jog and an MP3.
This is University of the Philippines Campus which is a kilometer or so away from my home. A nice place for exercising and jogging around the oval. About 3 x a week, I would wake up at six, say my prayers and off to U.P with my cousin Madel and make a few rounds.
I get to see DJ Durano jogging here too, also Raymart Santiago and Shintaro Valdez on their racer bikes.
Did you know the basic benefits of jogging? It circulates your blood better, bringing oxygen that your cells and organs need to be fit and healthy,resulting into total health promotion and well being. One doctor said that if there was a single drug that will assure blood circulation in the micro level, that drug company would be rich. Why? Because good and smooth blood microcirculation is prime. So its important to exercise, or at least jog, enjoy its benefits.
And as a result of good blood flow, jogging brings out in you an aura of positivism, good complexion, and a more active mind ready to face the challenges of the day.
