As a medical student, one of the lifestyle changes I have is giving up a lot of reading leadership books, sci-fi pocket books and celebrity gossip magazines (lol) in favor of serious devouring medical books and researching about it online.

And as a person who was in marketing most of my professional life, where ways revolved around talking and listening to people and establishing business and social relations more than researching medical stuff… I have to “google” almost every medical term I encounter from simple words like edema (which basically means increase of interstitial fluid in the organ) to tumescent liposuction, which is i found out in laymans term as a procedure where fats are removed by suctioning it out.

My new career shift is becoming an exciting experience as I learn the intricacies of the human body.  I am just amazed how our body works, and even  more amazed with the God who thought about it all.
