As a medical student, one of the lifestyle changes I have is giving up a lot of reading leadership books, sci-fi pocket books and celebrity gossip magazines (lol) in favor of serious devouring medical books and researching about it online.
 

And as a person who was in marketing most of my professional life, where ways revolved around talking and listening to people and establishing business and social relations more than researching medical stuff… I have to “google” almost every medical term I encounter from simple words like edema (which basically means increase of interstitial fluid in the organ) to tumescent liposuction, which is i found out in laymans term as a procedure where fats are removed by suctioning it out.

One of my school mates in medical school used to work in the States and she served as a care giver to a rich old lady who she says is very beautiful and young looking.
 

The lady as she relates is very nice, as long as you don’t wear any other color but white…lol… During her interview with the Lady’s children, she was already forewarned that you can only wear white in the home or even outside when with her.  Even they as children would only wear white each time they come to visit her.  For some reason accordingly, if a person is not wearing white, she tends to be irritable…hmmm…interesting isn’t?
 

Anyway, my school mate relates that all she needed to do in the house was to assist her and accompany her everywhere she went. There were cleaners and cook so she didn’t have to do any other work but take care of the lady.  They would go to the grocery, do some shopping, go for a walk in the park, and did occasional visits to the Chicago facelift center, as she was contemplating on aesthetic make over…well, if one has the money, then staying beautiful and young looking is very achievable.
