Believe it or not, the photo is a business plan or a game plan (lol). Starbucks has been a witness to many of my personal, social and business meetings…favorites are Starbucks Pearl Drive, Ortigas (because i used to live in that street), and Starbucks Greenhills-Ortigas Ave., because i hang in G.H a lot. You would think im a coffee addict, but i am not, i palpitate hehe, so i settle for a Raspberry Frappe or an Orange Tea.
So what is the plan about? It is about property marketing. It’s been a year or so that my cousin Paul and I have been wanting to launch a business that is geared towards promoting real estate via the Internet, its an idea we have been planning and discussing to launch. For some reason, we haven’t really started it yet together although I’ve started talking to some developers to market their property and managed to sell a few via minimal promotion online thru blogging.
Then while on a holiday in Malaysia, I dropped by Singapore where i incidentally met with a former work mate Ferdie who was starting to market Megaworld Properties. After that brief meeting, we started discussing via chat of the possibilities if we joined forces. And so Ferdie decided to come to Manila to discuss the possibilites in person.
Back to the game plan (on pic)…The tissue represents the real estate industry and the stirrers (green) represents the developers we are to accredit with, while the straws represents the two modes of marketing campaigns we are to do with a bit of twist…(1) Traditional and (2) Internet Marketing. The straw cover strips on top of the stirrer, represents the possible marketing structures and partners who will handle it. hehehe…
Traditional with a twist means, we are to market the usual way which is person to person by way of the usual K,K,K (selling to Kakilala, Kaibigan, Kamag-anak) and so on, the twist? its to do it Internationally. Why? because as we research, we realize those who purchase Philippine properties are mostly based outside the country.
Internet Marketing mean we will launch websites, advertise those sites and reach a market from online.
Well, for now, that’s about it…just a rough plan…first country to tap? Singapore for traditional and the world via online.
Other countries to tap. Hong Kong, China, Indonesia (Jakarta), Malaysia (KL), Brunei and hopefully more when we are able to successfully launch those mentioned…
Well, i am believing God to bless me and my partners the Best Plan to make the vision a reality.. The Vision of reaching the Filipinos around the world who wish to invest in Philippine properties to be their home or performing asset and provide them with quality and efficient service.
