A few years ago, we had a chance to ask Mr. Henry Sy, Sr. what his key to Success was. Im sure there were many factors, but his answer to the question was. “I never stop dreaming.”

He relates further that he started as a business man in Quaipo who dreamed of building a Department store, and it happened.
The he dreamed of building a Mall, like a City, and SM City was built.Then he dreamed of building a Mega (huge) mall, then came SM Mega Mall. Then he dreamed of building the Largest Mall in Asia, and the Mall of Asia was built.

Well, today, Mr. Henry Sy, Sr.a very successful business and among the richest in Asia still keep on dreaming, he has ventured into building PRIME and INNOVATIVE Real Estate Projects. He is probably dreaming of building affordeable and quality dwelling places and retirement homes for the Filipinos, and uniquely designed concepts at that.

He is launching The Grass Residences very near SM City North EDSA. He is probably dreaming that most Filipinos will have a place in the heart of the Metro and yet enjoy a Resort Type Living. Those living in far North, can now own a Condo unit in the Very Accessible North Edsa (last stop of the MRT) and major thoroughfare in Metro Manila via EDSA.

The Grass Residences will boast of 80% open space allocated for Parks, Swimming Pools and Amenities. There is probably no development that gives away 80% for open spaces, imagine having two (2) 3,600 square meter lawns, no wonder it is named The Grass, there is just so much of it, and add to that a 75 meter resort swimming pool.

It would really be a dream come true to have a relaxing place to come home to, where shopping, and family activities are within reach.

We can all SAVE TIME and MONEY living in a place near work and school. Instead of wasting time on the road travelling home, you can spend that time to be with kids, enjoying sports and amenities at the Grass. The Grass will soon rise near SM City NORTH EDSA’s Cyberzone, where a bridgeway will connect them together.

I personally intend to get a unit here…facing the Park! It’s really affordable, Dowpayment is up to 30months to pay interest free, thats about P13,000 monthly, the rest can be via financing at Banco De Oro (no less than SM’s bank, of course).
