Massage at the Palazza Spa

Not all at the same time, while in Boracay, my entire family tried getting a massage here at Palazza Spa except for the kids and the nannies.
We went for it because it was conveniently located along the road and we passed it everyday and was asked to come in each time…I had Swedish Massage which i enjoyed, this is located a few minutes away from D’ Mall. We had to wait 20 minutes before we got accomodated because it was full. Costs P350 an hour.
I’m not sure if it can be called a Spa though, coz my idea of a spa is a full service thing with facilities like a jacuzzi, steam and sauna baths. This one is set up in a second floor with beds all over.

Taking our clothes off was quite a challenge haha, we had to lie down on our fronts and our backs covered with a towel, and the therapist helping pull our top up and and shorts down. It wasn’t at least like having an area where you can undress and wrap a towel around yourself then go to the massage bed.
Well I got used to an all women in the wet area and entire massage floor at Lifestyle Spa in Timog where i go to and walk around care free with something on or what have you. It’s a good thing that it was in a beach and everyone just did the same…i mean it was normal for people to be in bare bodies in Boracay.
There is probably no place in the Philippines where you will see men and women taking clothes off like it… i mean not strippers lol and not necessarily the more adventurous and daring shapely ones. Probably only Boracay can do it to a person. It’s how stressed people are and relaxing the island can be, it just didn’t matter anymore if you do what you normally won’t.
Well, I wish that Palazza would at least put a curtain that would separate the area for men from women to provide a bit of privacy.
