How clean is your body?
We know what happens when something gets too dirty? It gets ugly to the point of getting ruined. That is the reason why we clean pots and pans when we used them, we clean the car when it gets really dirty, we clean the house, we wash our clothes, we take a bath. The list of things we clean are endless…
If we clean the outside of our body with soap, water, cleansers, body scrubs and the like, what do we do to clean the inside? Our health is very important, and as we know the food we eat today aren’t really pure food. It contains preservatives, additives and what have you just to make the food look good and tasty.
Our bodies are made up of cells, cells makes up the tissues, tissues makes up the organs, and organs makes up the nine body systems that makes a human being. All our cells must be healthy to have a good life. What happens outside and especially inside our bodies are very important. Count how old you are and imagine the toxins that accumulated in your system through the years.
We know that eating good food does wonders, but what if the system is already clogged with toxins and the cells doesn’t really get the nutrients from food anymore? What we can do is clean up…yes, you can actually clean up by detoxifying. You can do a colon cleanse to get started, and you can do a liver flush or a gall stone flush too afterwards.
I am sure one will feel a lot better cleaning up the inside. I’ve done it before and it really made me feel great. Try it too…

I am born in a simple family with very loving members. Our house was small and simple, and as such, my sister and I enjoyed drawing homes which we wanted to be a vacation house.
We were fond as kids of making sketches and house plans and layout where our bedrooms was going to be, the garden, how big the living area and the kitchen should be and stuff like that. We would make one each and show each other, then later on make improvements on it.
We also enjoyed going to the mall’s furniture section and appreciate nice kitchen cabinets, contemporary furniture, comfy beds and couches.
At one point I thought my sister would study to be an interior decorator. One of the nicest thing to do I think is decorate a home.

One of the benefits of having a male in the home is that you have a person to get help from on fixing things in the house or in the car. It’s them who have the full stack of body shop supplies in the storage, ready to be used when needed.
I have been driving for the past 17 years (now my ages is revealed hehe) and the car was always checked and maintained by dad, or for serious trouble, he just brings it to the motor shop. A couple of times I had trouble on the road, I just call dad and he comes to check it out, or I leave it and take a cab.
Now because Dad is gone, all of us in the house are forced to do some fixing on our own.

Renaissance Period
If you can travel through time, which periods would you like to go to?
First, I would want to travel back to bible times, when Jesus was born in Bethlehem, when Moses crossed the Red Sea, and when Jesus died on the Cross. I want to be able to walk around the Via Dolorosa and feel what it was like then. Life was simpler… women were concerned about talking care of the home, children and husband.
Also, I want to travel back to the Renaissance Period when people wore elegant clothes, women in Gowns, corsets, and hair was nicely done. They traveled on carriages and parties were in elegant ballrooms.
I also want to travel to the time of Napoleon Bonaparte, King Arthur and the likes because I really enjoy Epics like the movies Brave Heart, Alexander, 300.

I recently started a new work out, I used to do taebo, but now I have been enjoying Belly Dancing that Neena and Veena is teaching. I can vouch for taebo as a powerful way to lose weight, it really did wonders to me when I wanted to lose weight, I used to do the 20 minute work out 5 x a week with my sister and we both got really thin. Of course we coupled it with eating the right diet which was mainly fruit and vegetable, we also ate meat in moderation together with rice. I believe that working out is still the best way to shed off fat to make it more permanent. It has a slower effect though. One can always go to father science when mother nature gets a bit slower. I am talking about going for liposuction or ephedra diet pills if you want a faster route. Consult your physician first before going into some diet program or exercise just to be sure
