Why does the richest people in the world have a lot of properties, and some are doing it as a business?  I was once told by a developer (a businessperson who develops a property to become inhabitable) that Land or real estate is one of the best businesses in the world and I agree.

Why? Because men have three basic needs, what are they? Food, Shelter and Clothing, and so, what ever happens, each human being brought into this world will need a home.   

Another reason why it is the best business is because people keep on growing in number…but land doesn’t grow! Real estate properties are sought after assets. If you ask a person right now if they wanted to own a real estate property, the answer is 99.9% Yes!
