How clean is your body?
We know what happens when something gets too dirty? It gets ugly to the point of getting ruined. That is the reason why we clean pots and pans when we used them, we clean the car when it gets really dirty, we clean the house, we wash our clothes, we take a bath. The list of things we clean are endless…
If we clean the outside of our body with soap, water, cleansers, body scrubs and the like, what do we do to clean the inside? Our health is very important, and as we know the food we eat today aren’t really pure food. It contains preservatives, additives and what have you just to make the food look good and tasty.Â
Our bodies are made up of cells, cells makes up the tissues, tissues makes up the organs, and organs makes up the nine body systems that makes a human being. All our cells must be healthy to have a good life. What happens outside and especially inside our bodies are very important. Count how old you are and imagine the toxins that accumulated in your system through the years.
We know that eating good food does wonders, but what if the system is already clogged with toxins and the cells doesn’t really get the nutrients from food anymore? What we can do is clean up…yes, you can actually clean up by detoxifying. You can do a colon cleanse to get started, and you can do a liver flush or a gall stone flush too afterwards.
I am sure one will feel a lot better cleaning up the inside. I’ve done it before and it really made me feel great. Try it too…
