We checked out a few rooms for rent in Boracay. These rooms are normally rented to Foreigners who are staying in the island for several months, or by middle managers working in resorts in the island.

There are rooms as low as P 5,000 good for 1 to 2 persons (fan room) to as much as P 20,000.00 for airconditioned rooms. Owners ask for a one month advance and one month deposit. Meaning if the rent is P 5,000, you have to place P 5,000 deposit and another P5,000 advance payment, a total of P10,000 upon move in. Then you will start making monthly payments every 30 days there after.

This room is rented at P 4,000 a month if you are alone and P 5,000 a month if two persons will use it. Plus you have to pay for your own water and electricity bills. Beds are included.

This room is at P 10,000 a month good for two, semifurnished with bed, chairs and tables.
