Party time?

Did you bring out a beer pong table for the party. A client of mine was telling me that when it’s St. Patrick Day, one should be drinking Green Drinks…and so her daughter would put a green coloring on the beer to make it green…lol..

Any occasion is a good time to party and have drinks, catch up and have some fun.

What part of the house do you like most?

For some, the part of the house they like most is the kitchen simply because they love to cook, the refrigerator must be big and can accommodate all the raw food shopped for cooking, the kitchen faucets must be elegant and good looking, the tiles and everything must be with taste.

For others, it’s the bed room because they like to stay in bed and just relax, some the living room because they’re always with visitors.
 What’s your fave part in the home? Where do you spend the most time? Me? I’m in front of the pc a lot…where ever the pc is, its my favorite part…sometimes in my bedroom when I bring the laptop, sometimes the living room, sometimes in the dining room…

 I love sleeping though…so I guess ..i like the bedroom the most!

Condo Hotels are probably one of the best Real Estate properties one can own. It gives you the vacation Home you desire, and at the same time higher rental income being usually located in a tourist destination.

A condo hotel offers excellent location, usually in a prime spot, excellent returns because of high rental daily rates and excellent maintenance because hotels are obviously cleaned very frequently, so your unit is almost on tip top condition. Properties become higher in value faster when it is a condo hotel.

Are you insured?

I was handling closing of a real estate property the other day, and among the requirements and forms to fill are a couple of insurance forms on top of the usual Reservation Agreement and Contract To Sell.  The client was asked what the forms are for, and I told her it’s an insurance the Developer is getting for you, at no extra cost. It is a form of security that should something happen to you as a buyer, there will be an insurance that would cover the financial obligations to the Developer for unpaid balances.

 
A health insurance coverage is also another security that the Developers get, so that health related expenses will not get in the way of the monthly amortization.  Insurances are very important. Get a health and term life insurance quote today.

Financial Literacy is very important. As they say, it’s not how much you make, its how much you save that matters in building a stable finance and a promising retirement years lived in comfort.

There are various investment you can make when after you have secured a certain level of guaranteed safe savings.  You could learn how the mutual funds are handled and how you can place investments, you could get consultations from stock brokers or commodity brokers how you can re-invest funds to make more than the usual interest if just left in the bank.

All of us are made of tiny little cells, that when put together forms our tissues, then the tissues put together forms our organs, and when our organs are connected together, forms the different systems like the circulatory, digestive, skeletal system, etc to make up our body.  Essentially, for one to be physically healthy, our cells must first be very healthy.

What we feed ourselves greatly affects the health of our cells. Imagine this…you eat, bring food into your mouth, then it goes down your throat until it lands on your stomach, the stomach digests the food and grinds it into a form that can be carried to the organs, down to the tissues and cells. So what you actually eat is what becomes of you.

If you eat healthy foods, you become healthy. If you eat junky foods, then what are you? We may actually be making our bodies a trash can for junks.  Let’s re evaluate what we feed ourselves. Go for healthy!

Where would you like to cruise?

I would love to go on a cruises ! It would be a dream come true to through some parts of Europe or the Caribbean on a cruise ship. I saw photos of a friend in a cruise ship and I liked what I saw, the boat is like a floating building, hotel.

I could start with an Asian Cruise like go to Singapore and the neighboring countries, then a Cruise around Australia, then in the French Riviera…wow…when it happens, it’s a dream come true.

Working in a beach with a laptop

One of the things you would not notice while walking in Boracay is the distance you have walked. The whole stretch is about 4 kilometers long, and sometimes as I enjoy the view, I don’t realize is that I’ve walked so far, with a laptop in hand because im blessed to have a project there and stay in the island.

 

I am looking at getting a new laptop that’s really light and handy.   I heard the Asus EEPC is good, but it only has 4 GB of harddrive, really meant for just browsing and doing some small powerpoint presentations on an lcd projector, it’s recommended only if you already have a laptop or a desktop and its only an addition to your gadget.

 

Priced reasonably too, its just like buying a mobile phone. Cost about P 18K ($390).

Dressing up your truck?

Having a car is like having another kid to take care of, you actually check it out a lot sometimes more than you check people. I know of wives who complain about husbands who seem to give more attention to their cars more than their wives hahaha. Cars and trucks can really be something, maybe because you actually use it everyday and often times it is an expression of who you are. You dress it up, make it clean and everything, that’s why its called Toys for the big boys.

 

If you are buying truck accessories, might as well buy from where you can get what you need for less. Gasoline price is so high that we need to cut costs on everything.
