Are you insured?

I was handling closing of a real estate property the other day, and among the requirements and forms to fill are a couple of insurance forms on top of the usual Reservation Agreement and Contract To Sell.  The client was asked what the forms are for, and I told her it’s an insurance the Developer is getting for you, at no extra cost. It is a form of security that should something happen to you as a buyer, there will be an insurance that would cover the financial obligations to the Developer for unpaid balances.

 
A health insurance coverage is also another security that the Developers get, so that health related expenses will not get in the way of the monthly amortization.  Insurances are very important. Get a health and term life insurance quote

Financial Literacy is very important. As they say, it’s not how much you make, its how much you save that matters in building a stable finance and a promising retirement years lived in comfort.

There are various investment you can make when after you have secured a certain level of guaranteed safe savings.  You could learn how the mutual funds are handled and how you can place investments, you could get consultations from stock brokers or commodity brokers how you can re-invest funds to make more than the usual interest if just left in the bank.

All of us are made of tiny little cells, that when put together forms our tissues, then the tissues put together forms our organs, and when our organs are connected together, forms the different systems like the circulatory, digestive, skeletal system, etc to make up our body.  Essentially, for one to be physically healthy, our cells must first be very healthy.

What we feed ourselves greatly affects the health of our cells. Imagine this…you eat, bring food into your mouth, then it goes down your throat until it lands on your stomach, the stomach digests the food and grinds it into a form that can be carried to the organs, down to the tissues and cells. So what you actually eat is what becomes of you.

If you eat healthy foods, you become healthy. If you eat junky foods, then what are you? We may actually be making our bodies a trash can for junks.  Let’s re evaluate what we feed ourselves. Go for healthy!
