It only takes 21 days to develop a habit, and there is no problem developing habits, as long as they’re good and will make you a better person, but what if not? Like drug habits…getting out of a bad habit is something that one has to fight alone. I had a nursing student duty in a private drug treatment facility and got to talk to some residents ( it’s how they called their patients), who share that it was a big help for them to be in a facility where they are guided how to get out of habit.
