Closed captioning does wonders to a video presentation because it allows a recall for a product or message. Apart from hearing and watching the video, you read words to emphasize a point, this makes the reader remember more of what you want to convey. Two thumbs up for closed captioning! I use it all the time in presentation and it always works!
