Importance of Sleeping in Darkness
Aug 2nd, 2008 by Arelle Valla
Another article from Dr. Ben Kim that everyone has to know…
Earlier this year, an article in The Washington
Post summarized the results of an interesting
Israeli study that indicates that women who live
in areas that are highly illuminated at night are
more likely to develop breast cancer than women
who live in neighborhoods that are darker at
night.
This study supports the hypothesis that melatonin,
a hormone that is produced by your body mainly at
night, is capable of suppressing the growth of
tumor cells.
This is something that I’ve written about before;
if you’d like to get more information on this
topic, please feel free to view the following

The above is from Dr. Ben Kim and I highly recommend you to take it seriously, will surely do wonders. Happy reading!
