Im currently all in sweat! (you’re probably saying, ewwww!)…lol..but i sure feel good
being able to finally finish this Taebo advance work out by Billy Blanks, this is probably my 4th or 5th session
since i started last week. I am probably like some if not most who would stop somewhere
along the work out (around 30th minute of the over 50…lol), when it gets really hard.
But as i kept doing it, i became stronger and it got me to 35th, 40th minute, 45th, 50th minute until i made it to the cool down!
It honestly took higher power for me to finish it. I could feel how well my heart got worked out and how good my blood is circulating right now, maybe unclogging some fats within the inner sides of my arteries, and burning calroies i had from the Chicken Adobo and organic rice i ate for lunch, and the boiled Camote (sweet potatoes) i had for afternoon snack. Yes i did have a morning snack lol (a Skyflakes and fresh pineapple), after having an egg sandwich this morning.
Well, if ah, you haven’t been exercising lately, maybe you can join me
As Fitness First says it, “A healthy mind, begins with a healthy body.”
For this mornings devotion, i read the book of Song of Solomon. It was mostly on love and relationship between King Solomon and his wife. How they regarded and praised each other and longed for each other, and loved each other.
I also got email devotions from Crosswalk which might want to visit and subscribe to. I also recently finished listening to Joel Osteens a Better you on Audio.
Btw, you know what? God is Love! And he demostrated love by giving his Son Jesus for you and me, imagine God giving his SON, for us! That’s how valueble you and i, so if there is something we have to do, it is to love ourselves by taking care of our body, mind soul and spirit, which Jesus died for to save.
I thought I gotta feed my body with good food, keep it healthy by exercising, feeding my n mind with nice words (read something uplifting), and listening to something that will make me feel better and better as a person.
If there is something or someone pulling you down, maybe you can try taking a short break and get back more recharged! You owe it to yourself, be prepared for the more good things yet to happen ahead, for the best days of your life is yet to come!
God bless!
