A lot of people struggle with acne even after teen age life. There are a lot ways why someone get acne…it could be from too much oil in the skin layer itself, in the diet or there is something in the body’s system that causes it. Try to listen to your body and observe when you are getting breakouts. See if there is something that you may have eaten or activities you did just before it and try avoiding those or make adjustments like washing your face when face is getting too oily. Try to take supplements or acne pills with acne fighting ingredients.
