Relationship marketing has been a popular world in business for some time now because it still remains to be the most effective method to achieving profitability. It is believed that 80% of your profit comes from the 20% repeat costumers or referrals of satisfied customers and the remaining 20% of your profit comes from 80% new customers. One way to building a relationship with your clients is by having some form of loyalty program like what credit card companies have. Like if you are a Visa holder, then your card becomes a Visa reward card wherein each time you use it, it gives you points that when accumulated overtime maybe redeemed for some cash or items exchange.
