Fatburger Chocolate Shake

I haven’t had a chocolate shake in a very very long time, primarily because of too much sugar in it, but today my husband and I did enjoyed it.

And was was interesting was knowing that the plastic cup was made of corn, which makes it environmentally sustainable and 100% compostable being a greenware…well, at least i’m not adding up bad trash in nature. However, now, when I eat corn, I will feel like I’m eating plastic lol…

I went to the gym few minutes after eating a fatburger coz this burger will probably make me fat as its name implies and having this choco shake knowing I gulped in a lot of calories. And now I check into the Nutritional facts of what I just ate and here is what I found out…

One Fatburger is whopping 590 calories and the choco shake is 910 calories…Oolala! that almost make up a day’s entire meal calorie intake in one sitting! My threadmill and little weight workout probably just burned the ketchup, not even the skinny fries which is 390 calories ! lol…oh my!

Well, like my husband says it is what it is…No wonder people who’s been living here in Kuwait all says they grew big in a few months of staying here. Let me see, what have I been eating…a steak and lobsters at Ruby Tuesday courtesy of Gary and Ira Marcos (thanks guys), Ribs and Steak with mash potatoes at Fridays with my husband, burgers at Johnny Rockets…wow, I should seriously work out for at least 1 hr and 30 minutes everyday and not just 40 minutes every other day if i want to shed all those off.Whew!!!

Emily Bear – a 6 y.o. awesome pianist

Did you try studying the piano when you were little and stopped along the way? I’m one of those lol…Saw this little girl on youtube and she’s just so amazing, Emily Bear is said to probably be the next Mozart.

It’s very important to have a mentor that will bring out the best in you. If you are passionate about something, get a mentor.

A most valuable player or a successful athlete always had a coach or mentor, like Tiger Woods was taught by his father or a karate expert by a drunken master. Emily was taught by a great piano teacher and supported her passion by her family. If you have a child showing some extra-ordinary talent, it would be great to support him or her and let them go places.

If you want to succeed in this life, we have a mentor waiting to be approached, the Creator of life himself. He gave us a manual, the Word of God.

Gov.ph post title spelling needs correction – meetig to meeting

I was just talking about a school zone with street signs with incorrect spelling in the US and a Philippine telecom giant Globe, now I see the same thing in our very own country, the Philippine’s official website, Gov.ph a Title on a post that spelled “meeting” into “meetig”… I see no contact link, so I put it in my website hoping it will the right person’s attention-the one who wrote the post in particular. Please check the spellings carefully, this is our very own Country’s Official Website, give it the respect and time it deserves.

I hope to see it corrected, I already made a comment on the Facebook account of Pres. Aquino.

We will know how responsive our current administration on their online campaign are, if they truly check on our messages or just put the account there for the sake of putting one. I am optimistic they are sincere. We trust but we also validate. God bless our leaders and our nation.
