Condo Hotels are probably one of the best Real Estate properties one can own. It gives you the vacation Home you desire, and at the same time higher rental income being usually located in a tourist destination.
A condo hotel offers excellent location, usually in a prime spot, excellent returns because of high rental daily rates and excellent maintenance because hotels are obviously cleaned very frequently, so your unit is almost on tip top condition. Properties become higher in value faster when it is a condo hotel.
Would you pay more than P2Million bucks a NIGHT for a vacation in a private island? Maybe common people like most of us wouldn’t, but some ultra rich are willing… Business Week article says so…

My friend Ferdie Ocol who is based in Singapore came to show Mr. Sonny Go, a Singaporean and his family some properties because they are moving here next year.
We were invited by Mr. Bhal of Park Homes Realty, lead broker of Techno-Asia ( Balai Isabelle’s Developer) to visit and show several properties to Mr. Go and one is this wonderful place in Talisay, Batangas, Balai Isabelle, upon setting foot here, i knew it is truelly a gem! Very private, very homey, very relaxing!
When you are in the place, you can’t help but sigh, at the site of the very picturisque and refreshing view of the Taal Lake and the Taal.
While having lunch, Ms. Jojo (Techno-Asia executive) shares that just last week, the Alcasid family (of Ogie) who are also from Batangas, spent time unwinding here. There are beautiful Aircon Nipa homes, Ball rooms for parties, Single Detached Vacation Homes and Condotels which are now ready for occupancy.
I noticed that has been a place for Weddings too because of the pictures i saw, and venue for team buildings and outings by large companies such as phamaceutical firms.
Single detached vacation homes by the Lakeshore are as low as P7M only. And a Condotel will soon be launched.
The Philippines is truely one of the best places to live and retire. I say this because accordingly, most of the home owners here are based abroad, particularly the United States.
Btw, aside from the two house and lots (P7.5M each) that Mr. Go is getting in Isabelle Manor, located in Marcelo Green where Lara Quigaman also has a unit, he is contemplating on investing in the Condotel here too when it is launched. And he enjoyed it so much, he is bringing his Singaporean partners to invest here too.
