I wish we just decided on a pre-fabricated metal building with a metallic plastic roofing and still cemented walls for our house. The length of time it’s taking to finish our entire structure would have been cut to less than what’s it taking now if we did. Of course it can only be done if we have decided on our actual complete design early on and not keep making modifications along the way.
