February 13th, 2011
Arelle V. White If there is anything I should do now, it would be to learn efficient and proper document management. I have accumulated a lot over the years and when it’s time to get it, I should be able to specifically find it kept in a secure location. This is really necessary especially when you move a lot, so having a system how to manage documents would make a lot of difference whether physically or digitally speaking.
One of the things I do is scan(preferred) or take a photo of my important documents and save it to a hard drive or email attachment so it can be accessed anytime anywhere there is an internet connection.
