Cabin Furniture

A cabin furniture would look good not only in a log house but also in a beach house I believe. I like the wooden touch that makes the entire look and feel of the house really natural. I just don’t know how the wood will fare with the humidity and salt water. For sure I would like to have a home build with locally sourced materials in the area like Narra (if possible), mahogany, Ipil Ipil and bamboo among others.

What’s an Xbox?

It’s funny to think what was available to me and my siblings as toys when we were kids compared to what kids of this generation an enjoy. In preschool, I remember playing wooden blocks with letters and numbers on it, a wooden gun with a lever we have to rotate to make a sound. But today, everything is at a touch of a button, letters go with sounds as you press it in a mini computerized board. Education has evolved into experiencial learning activities and edutainment.

In gradeschool came out the Atari where my brother and I played galaga if got the name of the game right, there was pacman, and the small thing that looked like a gameboy, but we called it game and watch, it was by nintendo i think, had popeye and octopus games on that.

Then came the Super Mario in college…oh my, now my age is revealed lol…more or less.

Today, a lot of kids have the Xbox 360 …it’s amazing how much it can do…High definition display gaming, controller-free fun, games you can take all week or months to finish playing, it has build in wifi that lets you play with people across the globe and so much more.
