I am glad to receive this email today from Philproperties International Corporation. I’ve been looking forward to this so I can get a Real Estate Brokers License. Believing God to let me pass it I am among those caught by surprise by the passing of the RESA Law last year,2009.

Challenging because weather condition is way diffirent than if you’re in the city. Salt water can be very corrossive and can be damaging to certain metals and so consideration in selecting finishings, furnitures, fixtures and accessories must be studies. All outdoor stuff will be exposed to sun,sand, humidity, moisture and rain so one must choose materials that will stand the test. Choose outdoor pillows that will last long knowing how people can get it wet and stained of drinks and what have you. Read reviews on expert advise to know your options.

Anvaya Cove

Steve called inviting me to Anvaya Cove, in Morong, Bataan and i obliged cozÂ i wanted to see the project, i have some previous clients looking for a nice vacation property. Also,Â wanted to catch up with him coz we haven’t seen each other since he got back from New York.

He picked me up 8am last sunday and on we went. We had our first stop at Marquee, a residential Village in Pampanga, being developed by Ayala Land, where a mall is also being constructed just minutes away. We took a few shots and drove around a bit.

We took the new highway that links Clark to Subic. It’s my first time to pass the way, and it took us much faster than we would if we took the usual San Fernando exit route to Subic. We arrived in Subic at about 10:50am. Thats just about 2 hours and 50 minutes travel time including about 40 minutes of stop over at Marquee. The new expressway surely shortened the travel time to Subic.

From the Subic/Morong Gate, it was a 20minute drive to Anvaya Cove. We went to the clubhouse and took a stroll at the walk way along the beach front, the cove. It’s lovely, very exclusive and private. There were families swimming at the beach and the pool.Â The lake was nice too.

The site manager was telling us about sea turtles coming from all over, back to the cove, because its the sea turtles nature to lay their eggs where they originally came from. Apparently there were some of it with tags stating they’re from Australia, interesting…sea turtle’s swimming all the way from australian waters to ours.

A few meters from the main clubhouse is a two storey restaurant with a poolÂ and Poker table at the 2nd floor. Dining here provides a great view of the ocean… a picture rich and famous’ lifestyle. The Anvaya Cove facilities is stricty for members and their guests, membership is about P 650,000.00.

There are still premium lots for sale with view of the ocean available, and there will be condominium units in a two storey stucture coming up soon.Â Lots ranges from P 10k-13K / square meter, lots sizes are about 400sq.m and up.

Thatâ€™s all youâ€™ve got. Experience the music and the magic of seeing and meeting other people. Visit the sun and its sunshine untainted with smoke. Or, dance with the choppy sea and talk the wind and upon their winged thoughts buzz the breeze. Hear. Ah, I mean, listen and you surely will understand. Yes, life is a generous a giver. Uncover the hard covering. Open it. That is all there is. Itâ€™s yours, all yours for the taking. Enjoy life. Life must be breathed for there is always welcome and goodbye.

Why does the richest people in the world have a lot of properties, and some are doing it as a business? Â I was once told by a developer (a businessperson who develops a property to become inhabitable) that Land or real estate is one of the best businesses in the world and I agree.

Why? Because men have three basic needs, what are they? Food, Shelter and Clothing, and so, what ever happens, each human being brought into this world will need a home.Â Â Â

Another reason why it is the best business is because people keep on growing in number…but land doesnâ€™t grow! Real estate properties are sought after assets.Â If you ask a person right now if they wanted to own a real estate property, the answer is 99.9% Yes!
