This shot was taken December 2011 during one my client’s Turnover Orientation at Grass Residences, located near SM City North Edsa. It was July 2007 when I first heard of Grass Residences and it happened to be a development of SM Development Corporation who also owns all the SM Malls.

It’s always a joy to know that a client’s unit has been turned over and they are now actually living in it.
