Arelle V. White I’ve heard of weight loss pills that gives you very bad side effects, such as inability to eat and get a balanced diet or making you unable to sleep.
1. Do a cleanse. Over the years we have accumulated a lot of toxins in our body. It’s been in our gut for years. In our stomach are what’s called as Villi, finger like structures, it looks like our bath towel, what it does is absorb nutrients from the food we eat. However, when we eat hard to digest food like red meat, it has the tendency to clog up. So even if you eat healthy, if you haven’t cleansed, then your efforts are futile. The good and the bad goes out just the same and left unabsorbed by your system. Some make cleansing their major mode of losing weight, its called laxative weight loss. You can eat a variety of fruits and veggies rich in fiber to get a laxative effect and enjoy some nutrients too. But make sure to start doing this when you can be home to go to the toilette.
2. Eat lite every couple of hours. Lite meaning some fruit, crackers and fresh fruit juices. Don’t wait till you are too hungry till you eat because you will end up munching up a lot.
3. Drink plenty of water, at least 8-12 glasses a day. Avoid canned juices that contains a lot of sugar. Stick with water or fresh juices. You’ll be surprised to see how much waste you might actually be carrying with you everyday that’s been stuck in your gut for a long long time.

Some weight loss solutions are taken after meals to help eliminate what you ate, but it’s better if you can address the issue by not taking in more than what your body needs by lessenning your drive to eat.
