Edsa Shangri-la Hotel
I would like to commend Shangri-la’s responsiveness to client needs. We have traveled a little bit around the Philippines and stayed at a number of resorts and hotels both five star and backpackers resort and so far only Shangri-la (among it’s class) has been the most satisfactory. The photo above is actually an upgrade from an already very nice room, which incidentally was located at the side where the Shangri-la Malls are having their night band playing. And because of the band, we could not sleep well because we could hear the music in the room (we were at the 9th floor if im not mistaken). We informed the manager of our issue and they moved us with an upgrade to another wing the following day.
And yesterday, I got a message from it’s General Manager Reto Klauser on Facebook thanking us for staying with them.

We love staying at Shangri-la that my fiance and I decided to exchange our vows there in a simple yet very meaningful ceremony.

Apple, Cranberry and Olive Oil
I’m feeling a needle point like pinching on my right abdomen, and feel some discomfort urinating, it could be a UTI or a gall stone forming. I don’t want to claim that until I get a urinalysis which I can’t do right now because I have my period. Meanwhile I decided to buy a few bottles of Cranberry Juice knows for its natural antibiotic action, after just taking 2 bottles in two days, the pain is gone!
It’s highly recommended that we do a periodic Gall Stone, Kidney and Liver flush, say 2-3x a year depending on your diet. It’s time to give our organs a break from too much work digesting and processing “processed food” and junkies by giving it some rest, through fasting, water fasting and juices or by eating easy to digest fruits and veggies.

I’ve been wanting to set up a photo gallery, not because I am an professional photographer nor am I a hobbyist, although I would want to learn more about photography, but because I just like taking pics of places I go to and want to share it. I personally try to search more about a place when I plan to go or inkling to try a new dish or movie. And I find a sense of satisfaction enough to decide whether I will go to such and such place when I begin to read review that tells it as it is.
You see when you read a Hotel Website or a Restaurant’s website, they only tell you the good right? But when you look for reviews then you really begin to know the story…the Pro’s and the Con’s the good, the bad and the truth! lol…
And so finding a photo gallery system was the next step, what system will I use…I then looked at other galleries, especially WordPress plugins and i liked Nexgen. I however liked the one used by Abe Olandres the most, this photo gallery project – Ipap is designed by Markku Seguerra . I like the way the page is presented, looks clean, color allows the photos to stand out. And seeing the adsense potential is cool too. What Abe makes is a lot of course, I’ll be happy to just at least make enough to support my domain, hosting and a few Starbucks drinks maybe 
. Thanks to Abe and Markku for this, I hope it’s alright that I used it, i thought I could do what already works and learn from the best.
I’ve uploaded a few albums and set up my adsense too, but I don’t know how to put a face of it on my home page yet. I wish I know better on photography and basic programming, I’m so willing to learn.

Hydroponic systems looks very interesting. We intend to grow an organic produce garden and there are so many things to consider especially in the planning stage before we get started. We want to know what is the best and most cost efficient technology or means to have the desired results we want. We are in a tropical country with certain seeds that may be good to grow or not in our type of land. We hope our land to be a year round producing garden.

Are you beginning to show signs of aging called wrinkles? Lines starting to be visible on the forehead, crows feet, smile lines and maybe even starting to have skin tags. You can delay the signs of aging by using the best anti wrinkle cream you can find to be safe and effective. Consider one that has been clinically tested and made for your type of skin.
Also begin to be conscious about sun exposure. Try to wear a sunblock or a wide brimmed hat if you can when you are going to be in the outdoors for a long time. Wear sunglasses that has UVA and UVB protection. Organic sunscreen would be better than synthetic.
