BANANA diet for losing weight, could this be true?

I have been sick on and off for almost 8 weeks, probably due to the weather and my eating habits, or more likely my “not-bringing an umbrella habit” knowing it rains a lot.

And due to this, when my feverish feelings got away, i started exercising again (hip hop abs for now) and been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, cereals and stuff. In line with this, i have been updating myself about proper nutrition online.

While surfing, i read that in  JAPAN, there is a shortage of banana going on. Why? because apparently Banana helps you lose weight. How? According to Japanese pharmacists, Sumiko Watanabe, she wanted to help her husband lose weight, and she put him on a banana diet, and as a result, Mr. Watanabe lost 37 pounds. Sumiko believes that bananas helped her husband have a faster metabolism that led to his weight loss.

Accordingly its been an empty shelf for bananas for almost a month in Japan every since new broke that babana diet works.It’s pretty simple to do, quite a stress free diet.

All you have to do is eat as much banana as you would like for breakfast and take only room temperature water. Then you can eat anything for lunch and dinner, as long as you don’t anything anymore by 8pm.

Filipinos who want to go on this diet won’t have a banana supply problem hehe… we got lots of bananas, but on the photo is the last piece we have left for the day.

Remember, 2 things.

1. An apple a day keeps the doctor away…and

2. Bananas a day sheds the fats away
