Tina, Luzette, Doug and I tried the Rock Climbing wall in D Wall at D Mall in Boracay, this is my very first shot at climbing (April 2009). Glad to make it to the top and got to rang the bell, it was quite windy! P 50 / USD 1 per climb. If you beat the fastest climbers record, it’s free!

How to tie climbing knots

Rock climbing with Doug and Kolbie at Patio Pacific in Boracay last May 2009. I think it was P 300(USD 7) or P350 (USD 8.50) for an all day climb here.  This is just my second time to rock climb. First was at D’Wall also in Boracay at D’ Mall which was just P 50/USD 1.20  (1 time climb). That was easier, even a grade schooler can do it.

Yes, I reached the top!  Thanks to Doug who guides and encourages me all the time.

For those who seriously want to pursue rock climbing, you can learn more on the ABC’s of Rockclimbing here such as how to tie climbing knots.

My Boracay Reefwalk adventure is shared by Ms. Bhaby See of People’s Journal. Thanks to her for sharing about what people can try doing in Boracay. I really think people should try to get a feel of the underwater at least once. Its really pretty cool.
