It can get frustrating when you can’t reach your technical support especially when you have become so dependent on them for the slightest problem.
I get a bit of sad when I couldn’t connect to the Internet, and so I call the technical support. I have no choice but to bear with the long wait sometimes, as they say “We will attend to you as soon as a customer service assistant is available.â€Â Then when I get hooked up, I tell my concern, they diagnose, and tell me, kindly secure the cables if it is connected, because it seems to work out fine on our end …lol.
That’s why right now, I try to learn some basics, like how a router functions, I mean I try to know what it’s for somehow,  so that when something gets wrong, I know which one to try checking cables like Cat5e. So I don’t have to waste precious time to seek technical support for a minor thing I should be able to fix myself.
