Communication is prime, whether for personal or business.  It is especially recommended you have an unlocked phone if you travel a lot in different countries where you need to use a SIM card in that country, that’s why one should have an unlocked phone handy.

While traveling one time, I needed to make local calls in Malaysia and my credits on my roaming number has just been used up. I have no choice but to buy a sim pack for Malaysia use only to find out that my phone was locked to roaming service provider…
