Have you been experiencing downtimes?

I just arrived from Pampanga where i stayed the last few days working in a website system for Noble Life International, but we kept having internet connection downtimes. Noble Life is a health and wellness company with branches in the Philippines, Singapore and growing. They are distributors of a breakthrough product Cryptomonadales, thats known to help those who wish to lose weight, diabetics and other disease sufferers because of its amazing health benefits, and we are really rushing to finish their site.

However, there seems to be a national internet connectivity problems in the country, we experienced downtime in Pampanga, also in my house in Quezon city, at Noble Life’s office in Cubao and here at Tita Lisa’s place in Serendra (but for now net is up, which is why i am able to post a blog )

I am thinking of getting Globes Tatoo Visibility Modem…is this a good buy?
