I just finished reading an article that says Hyperthermia (High fever) can help stop cancer spread, because cancer cells can not survived beyond a certain level of heat. I am a nurse and not a doctor or scientist who studied about Far Infra Red (FIR), but I know it can produce heat and has the ability to bring that heat inside the body. I used FIR for a few years as a means of staying healthy because it was one of my companies products when I was a Marketing Director for a Korean Company that imported it in the Philippines. I used it almost everyday then, and I know my skin looked better because others would tell me. I felt stronger when I was regularly using FIR and I believe it has helped my body stay healthier until now.
Anyway, the reason Ithought of googling FIR in relation to its potential benefits to Cancer is because just a few days ago, I was giving care to a Cancer patient, I facilitated Platelet Concentrate (PC) transfusion on her. A PC of about 50ml takes only a few minutes to finish. I had to do 2 of those to a patient suffering from Cancer. While waiting for the first Blood Transfusion bag which was on a fastdrip, I could hear the conversation among the patient and her relatives, a male and 2 female as I stood there and shaking the platelet concentrate on a tray in my hand. She is in good spirits, despite her condition. She’s talking about how much a miracle it is that she is still alive and able to walk with a Platelet count that’s way too low as a result of chemotherapy, and that she’s touched by what her doctor said she still has a mission and God is allowing her to live. When she mentioned she has a son, I began to feel affected by her condition and felt sad.
I began to think of why people get cancer, how can it be prevented, is there a cure? a very common question. I know that we have to get rid of stress, have a balanced diet, exercise as a way to prevent it. But how can one really combat this? Medically of course we know that Chemotheraphy and Radiation among others is a common treatment, however we also know that while it kills the cancer cells, it also kills the good one.
Now, I find it interesting that in this article, a place where there was Malaria (which makes one have spiking fevers), there was also an absense of Cancer. So there is a correlation between heat, or high fever and cancer cells not being able to replicate.
In fact this articles says…
“Give me a chance to create a fever and I will cure any disease,” said the great ancient physician Parmenides. Many modern giants of biological medicine in Europe, such as the Nobel Prize winner, Dr. A. Lwoff,41 famous German cancer specialist, Prof. Werner Zabel,42 and the director of the most successful cancer clinic in the world, the Ringberg-Klinik, Dr. Josef Issels, use artificially induced fever in their battle against cancer. read entire article
One way I know that will help produce heat is by using Far Infra Red. Our product’s name was Family Doctor – Far Infra Red, it looked like a toilet seat with a light that emits FIR. It’s no longer being sold here from what I know and a new product was introduced that does the same thing which are Jade Mattreses. I get really good, deep sleep sleeping on those. You can probably research and check an FIR product available out there and FIR studies on Cancer treatment.
Doctors on this article also recommends the use of Sauna, as it helps detoxify our bodies of some metals and mercury. Now, I’m beginning to miss Fitness First where I spent some time on a Sauna after a work out. They don’t recommend using whirlpools because it can be a breeding ground for bacterias and fungi that hides on the piping and jets, so even if they replace the water, still it gets contaminated.
FIR is however not for every one, there are some contraindications, so make sure to be aware of it’s dangers too, like those with implants such as pacemakers, silicones and other pre-existing conditions not recommended to have heat exposure.
Before trying out any regimen such as exercise, diet or using of any gadgets and taking medication or supplements, make sure you consult with your doctor first.
