Its 7:10am and i’m feeling hungry Rene and Madel,my cousins are preparing breakfast. Hmmm..i can smell coffee.Tita is still asleep.

I am at Serendra right now, my first time to sleep at the Fort Bonifacio Global City, it turned out to be a great community. Just across us is Market Market, a mall with almost everything you will ever need from shopping to marketing food to cook or ready to eat.

Sometime in 1997, i had a neighbor (turned close friend Gem) where i lived that time in Magallanes Village, Makati, worked with FBDC- Fort Bonifacio Global City and so i saw this place still being developed…no buildings, just bulldozers running going around creating roads. Their office then was right beside Manila Golf, probably the most exclusive golf course in the Philippines.

Today, after 12 years, there are a lot of Residential Towers, Office Towers, an International School, a Top of the line Hospital and a string of fine restaurants, stores and what have you. In 1997, i remember Le Souffle as the only restaurant we go to in here. Now, there are sooo many nice restaurants at the Serendra Promenade and practically all over.

The Global City has been dubbed one of the Best Master planned Community in Asia, another achievement the Philippines can be very proud of.

I heard its now the AYALA Group who is in charge of the entire Global City. Well, the very unit i am now is by Ayala Land.

I believe this is one the best location to invest in a Real Estate Property, value appreciation for a condo here is very promising.

Just for instance, this unit we are at in Serendra, a 1 BR unit being rented by Tita at P 86K/month (USD 1,800), which probably just cost P 5M when they started selling. if you do the math, you can earn your investment back in 5 years and yet have a property that has increased in value, and rental income for the rest of the time is more than profit.
